How do subscriptions work?
New themes are announced at the start of each month. The box ships out on the 15th of the following month (For example, if you subscribe any day from July 1 - July 31, you will receive the August box).
Subscriptions automatically renew on the 25th of each month (If you are already subscribed, your subscription will renew and card will be charged on the 25th, and your box will ship the 15th of the following month). If you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps, or emailing us at email@example.com.
Canceling does not void the initial purchase or any boxes that have renewed, only future purchases. You may also choose to skip a month if you don't like the design, but don't wish to cancel. You can skip as many months in a row as you'd like.

What kind of shirts do you use?
We print on the Next Level Tri-Blend crew neck for both the unisex and women's fitted shirt. We use a District Tri-Blend crew neck for the loose fit shirt. Check out our size guide to find out which one works best for you. They are both 50% polyester, 25% combed ringspun cotton, and 25% rayon. They are super soft, have tight necks, and hold their shape and size well when washed.
How do I wash my shirt?
Machine wash on cold, tumble dry on low. Do not iron. Do not bleach.
What if I have a problem with an order?
We ship all of our products via USPS. All packages will have a tracking number, but sometimes things still get lost or damaged. If you ever have a lost or damaged package, sizing issue, or anything else goes wrong, please let us know right away. We stand behind everything we do, and will make it right.
